I had been using it for sometime behind the same Internet and firewall config I have now but all of a sudden it's saying it tried to connect me in the "normal" way and then tried to connect me using http but to no avail. I was instructed to check my LAN settings in IE connection properties but found nothing out of the ordinary there either. Is anyone aware of any changes they might have made or a glitch in the latest update?
I get that error when I have multiple ways to connect to the internet. Dial up and LAN. It sees the dial up connection not connected and thinks Im not connected to the net. I just have to make sure I setup the LAN connection as the decault connection. I normaly just doe this through IE.
But i haven't used Dial-up in years and it's not been setup to connect that way for years. The program has worked fine for the last two years until just this week or maybe last. The only thing I can think of I did was install an update.

I have had updates change lan settings, but i can't remember wich ones. It happened a lot with our 40 Laptops, if it happened to one it happened to all of them
