    2000 pro ftp server setup

I want to set up a 15gig, Pent 2 old pc into a ftp server for game mods. I want to use 2000 pro to do so.

I have dsl and a wireless internet. How exactly would i go about setting this ftp server up and sharing all my files/ protecting from hackers/ setting a password to dwnl stuff, remote administration of it, ect.

    Any help is apreciated.

Here is a decent article for the FTP console in Win2kPro... but you can also use an FTP Server Client like BulletProof or various other paid, shared and freeware. Really depends on your user and security preferences.
