Access XP - Data Access Page problems

I am attempting to setup an Access XP dbase on my Win2K IIS webserver and use Data Access Pages to provide read-only information through a web browser.

I followed the directions in creating the DAP w/in Access and then setup the server according to :

Even after triple checking my steps, I continually receive :
"Internet Client Error : Cannot Connect to Server" on the
workstation I am using.

I have searched for help on the Internet Client Error, but I have not been able to find any specifics to help in deciphering exactly what the problem may be.

Client IE is 6.0.2800.

Any ideas on this would be appreciated!

Update:

I realize now that the problem deals with adding some script to the DAP's (from M$ page) and the 'connectionfile' section in the "Page Properties".

However, everytime I go to point to an ODC file, Access tells me "Access is denied". I can change every other section except the 'connectionfile'.

Help?
