Here is a great site for you to learn about metasploit. All you need is backtrack, virtualbox (or vmware workstation/player), and a little bit of free time.
For those going through the guide, under the Information gathering section and the Dradis framework. It looks like dradis is not installed by default under the latest version of backtrack I'm using (v5 r2)

We have this wonderful firewall (and I use the term wonderful loosely, when I say wonderful I mean a real pain in my ass).
To make a very long story short, the symptoms we were experiencing out of the blue was that any kind of video call would disconnected 42 minutes exactly into the phone call.

So while I was messing around with the unified messaging I noticed there is a little button that is called Manage Mobile devices. I clicked on my username, then clicked the manage mobile device button in the action pane and it gave me information on all the mobile devices I have synched with Exchange and my account! I noticed that if you click on the device that is synched you can preform a remote wipe to clear the data on the mobile device. Great for those users who devices get stolen/misplaced!
