I've begun to wonder recently if the pent up rage I have for dumb people is a condition of me being in my mid 30's now, or if it's simply due to the fact that I'm dealing with a lot of really ( IMO ) ignorant people recently. Either that, or I've come of age and have just really started noticing these blissfully ignorant morons.

Pet peeves, oh I gots them alright. Tonight, I got my button pressed, with a hammer.

One of my peeves is getting sent to the grocery store ( usually ) for something inconsequential. It's been this way for years. Someone inevitably wants to have some meal, or some desert that requires something we don't have...either one key ingredient, or NONE OF THEM AT ALL. Before it wasn't a HUGE issue, the store was across the street and stayed open until midnight.
