Taking a cue from Detritus, I will describe tonight's fast fix meal, which was quite trivial since I wasn't too hungry or interested. Don't expect a delicacy or even good old soul food tonight; just basic food for a quick hit and run dinner. I will dispense with the detailed ingredient list. Heat a wok.
