Moonlight Fire

Well the Moonlight Fire in the Plumas and Lassen National Forest in the Northeastern corner of California, Supression cost so far for the fire have totaled $15.5 Million with 3,200 personnel in 97 crews, 16 helicopters, eight air tankers, 187 engines, 35 water tenders, and 45 dozers. The fire has grown to more then 64,000 acres and 100 square miles, wind directions changed and forced the fire back on itself allowing fire crews to increase containment to over 50%.
