Hot dog!

Best hot dog I ever had was at the Charcuterie Alsacienne on the Rue de Buci in Paris. But a quarter-pound Hebrew National dinner frank on a split baguette from Marvelous Market, topped with Bubbie's sauerkraut and Maille Dijon mustard, comes pretty damn close.

 |  Those Hebrew National dogs are awesome, though when low-carbing I eat them like a taco in a mama-lupe low carb tortilla with dill relish, jalapeno relish, a few kinds of mustard, and the kraut. MmmmmmMMMm. |
