I was wondering what to do after you pass the A+ exam and what kind of power does the A+ gives me?

I would suggest the server+ next, and then the network+ after that.
POWER, as far as I know none, it s the stepping stone for further certs, also looks good on the resume.

I just want to reapair and upgrade pc's so all I need to do is pass the A+ test right?

Cert's like microsoft and cisco probably won't really help for a hardware tech job. You could get IBM, compaq etc product certs and certs for printers ie HP that would maybe help in the future. For entry level some companies ie. Compusa require the A+

But having Cisco and microsoft etc wouldnt hurt
