applying online for universities but it didnt say how i should get them my report card that have to be done by a counselor or the teacher recommendations so do i mail it in along with my transcript?

FAX is usually the best method for such things, just call in advance to see who to "attn:" it to

thnx yeah its by mail which also raises another question when i looked at the admission forms....there was no part in the admission telling you where to send, put the portfolio and college essay only

"Essay, documents etc, if you believe teh above information is not sufficient for us to know you please feel free to attach any documents allong with it"

i always thought at least college essay was mandatory?

It depends on the college. Not all of them are about essays.

It probably depends on the place. Although, in my opinion, I wouldn't see how it could hurt you. If they don't want to read it, they don't read it. It's that simple.
