Looking for guidance.
Ok, so I've basically been doing nothing for the past seven years since high school. I'm 25, and I'm going to be a parent later this year. I recognize that I should have done school years ago, but there's nothing I can do about that. My current job is a labor/warehouse of sorts and doesn't pay much, so I'm looking for an education and a career job.
I feel most comfortable behind a pc, while I may not know everything there is to know, I still feel I'd do well in this field. I was originally looking at ITT, or Devry, due to the hours I work (10pm-5am or so). Mostly for their online classes. But the more I look around, the more it seems I'd only be wasting my time.
What do I need to do? Do I just study and take exams and look for pc related jobs for experience. Should I go for a four year college, or is it too late for that. Are online schools like ITT and Devry worth the time and money for someone like me, or is there a better online option.

If you can afford it, a 4 year college would probably yield the best results, but with a child on the way, that may not be possible. After that, your best bet would be to get a job in the field. Experience means a ton in any tech field. Best of luck and welcome to TechIMO!
