I very glad you found it so easy. Whats CCNA?
They say technology slows down for no one. I know it outruns my wallet. I figure its because my wallet isn't light enough yet.

I have heard that the CCNA is pretty tough unless you have experience with it. What did you use to study for the exam? Any experience? Class? Let me know because I will hopefully begin studying and testing for it by the end of the year...just have to get done with these MS certs.

I took the actual Cisco Networking Academy classes at my university. I never read any of the Cisco books--only the online curriculum for the academy, and I passed my CCNA on my second try. I also took the CCNP courses at my university, again, only reading the online curriculum and passed the first three CCNP tests on my first try. If you can get access to the curriculum (and read it thoroughly) as well as a decent lab, you can pass the CCNA. The hard part is finding a decent lab, but I was blessed because our lab was first class and had all the equipment you could imagine and then some.

Sorry for the delay in replying!

Yes Cisco is difficult with out proper labs. I managed to read Cisco press ICND book and CYBEX for certain chapters and then "pass4sure" for practice questions. Then ur done what is the kind of background you have in networking?

So you have never touched the Cisco router/switches? How many of the pass4sure questions were on the exam?

I am the network communications engineer for a school disctrict. I manage the cisco network and voip along with the Windows servers.

I did a lot of configuring work in the labs, then with Boson and then went for the exam

Isn't Pass4Sure a braindump of actual questions from the exam? Anyway, I have about 3 years of network-related experience, but most of it is software /applications since I am a systems Administrator. I used to do a little bit of switches, routers, APs, radios, etc. until we got a Network Administrator.
