CERTIFICATION PROBLEM

I have given my MCP examination on 18.DEC.2008 and submitted my order on 22.DEC.2008 but i didn't recieve my MCP Certificate. Last week i have checked microsoft member site it was showing the Order in Transit date is 9.JAN.2009 but today i checked the microsoft member site it is showing the Order in Transit date is 17.JAN.2009, what is this?
plz reply me when i'll get my MCP certificate

Have you considered contacting Microsoft?
