GZ3 said it best. Jeremy Cioara from the CBTNugget series is by far the best trainer I've ever had the experience of using.
Because of that experience - For any and all future training I ever need to do - it'll be from that set. CBTNuggets are (from my experience) - the absolute best available.
~~~Oh - and as far as WHICH course to go for, the CISSP is in VERY high demand and pays decent - however, it's also one of the harder ones to get.
You've already asserted that you've done the networking route with CCNA and others - why not (just a suggestion) - try out CCNP then maybe CCIE if you have the time / willpower / money.
