hi friendz could any one tell me what are the future prospects after compleating MCSE and also do i have to compleate 3 years degree course?

It all depends on if you have real world experience. If you just have the MSCE with no actual real network experience you are gonna have a harder time getting a job than someone with an MCSE and the experience to back it up.

Im not sure sure what you mean by a 3 year degree? I assume college, if so no you do not need a college degree to get your MCSE
