What do you think? Does the mother have the right to continue with the pregancy? I think she does, especially since she said he would be free from responsibilty toward the children, financially, etc. Plenty of men get women pregnant and are left to raise them on their own.... why not let her, if that's her choice?

What a maroon. A sperm donor won't have to pay child support.

don't be too sure of it. all it takes is one court case and poof your sperm dontation becomes a child support payment. Probably wont happen but not quite in the realm of impossibility.


On topic though I think this guy stands a good chance of becoming responsible for these kids if mom falls on hard times.

She said that she would remove any responsibility from him... If she does this through legal means, she couldn't later demand anything.
