    Now that construction has slowed, where are the illegals going?

    I notice "semi skilled" construction jobs for $ 11.00 and hour. When I left construction in 1998, these same jobs were around $ 14.00 an hour. I don't know what the inflation adjusted rate is, but the cost of houses certainly has not gone down.

    I hope they go back to Mexico and take control of their country rather than stand around at Home Depot.

    Where are they going?

    Well, on the way home I saw a beatup car loaded with them hanging out the windows yelling profanities to other normal people driving home...looked like they were headed down south on 95, but they will probably stop at the first bar on the way.
