Who cares? A truly advanced culture shouldn't require steps to be taken to ensure that men can control themselves, I donno about you but I've seen enough racks that I can picture what a woman would look like without a shirt. It doesn't make me revert to my caveman ancestry.

I have to admit, when I go to the gym, and I see a hott female in the weight room in some skimpy outfit: I lose all concentration.
Proly since 98% of the time, its all guys and ugly/fat chicks in the weight room. Most the hotties go to the cardio room, or do the classes.

If my wife wanted to go topless (which she often does) then I have no problem with it at all… She also knows that I don’t mind her going topless, although that might be because she knows I’m a bit of a perve and love seeing boobs…

As for other people looking at her, I know who she’s going to be going home with, and if anything it makes me feel good – not just because I like to look, but if others are looking it means that she’s hot (which I knew anyway) and I’m the one she wants…

My feelings on this subject are that the choice is, or should be, there for each and every one of us – male AND female – to make…. If a man is allowed to choose to take his top of, then a woman should also have the same options, so if women aren’t allowed to go topless then men shouldn’t be either...

Maybe there’s a compromise that can be reached, whereby some areas can be “Tops Must/Should Be Worn”, other areas “Tops Optional” and perhaps others “Any Clothing Optional”... This would mean that people can go to the area they would like to be in (for example “Tops Optional”) knowing that they wouldn’t be subjected to anyone telling them to put clothes on…

However, it should then also mean that if they were to remove any/all clothing that they can’t complain about having others looking at them – if they don’t want people to look, then as they don’t HAVE to take their gear off they can just put something back on…

I think this would solve so many issues, as there are plenty of nudist beaches that a lot of people are either unaware of or too embarrassed to go to, and if my idea was taken up, then I don’t think there would be such a stigma about it – but that is my opinion, and you’re free to have your own…

For sanitary reasons you won't see public bottomless ness catching on or being legalised.

We carried towels on our shoulders at Glen Echo Family Nudist Park. (Members only nudist camp) If I wanted to sit on anything public I needed to put a towel on the seat first. Back at the camp site we continued the practice. Everyone did this.

Glen Echo was pretty good. 2 tennis courts, volleyball court, kiddy-pool, man made pond at the foot of a huge sunning lawn leading down from the modern club house. Sauna’s, whirl pool or a hot tub, (can’t remember which) indoor pool, dance hall, (we dressed for night time events such as dances) confectionary/coffee shop, teens club house and loads of camping spaces.

Lease a camping plot for the summer. Build a skid on it for your tent and kitchen area if you want. Build a bolt together little cabin maybe. What ever you put up must be able to be taken down in one day is all.

Inappropriate behaviour I presume would be one of the reasons they want you to be able to take it down fast and get out! There was a rule at the camp that may provide the situation. If you couldn’t provide proof of being married or at least legally cohabitating you couldn’t sleep under the same roof at the camp. It wasn’t a swingers club.

Kids, teenagers, adults and grand parents, all nude and having a blast. Lots to do and people to see. It was seven years of being part of a nudist community that I’ll never forget. No embarrassment or shame. Just people being people with nothing to hide or reason to be shy.

Women going topless? No big thing IMO.

Well I took a survey today, I have asked about 25 woman what they think
Of this idea, and told them about this thread, (so they did not get the wrong idea)

The answer I got from most of them was (are you out of your mind)

After a little discussion of the matter they all said what I already knew,
And that is that men are visual beings, and going topless would
Do nothing to better our society, but bring the whack jobs
Out from under their rock,

It has nothing to do with woman’s rights,
It’s a matter of living in a decent society,
And knowing what that society’s standards are,

And not stepping on another’s group in the name of your rights,

Topfree is in 3 provinces up here British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario and you could consider it Canada wide due to sexual equality being recognised. In the States, California Coastline, Hawaii, Maine, New York, Ohio & Texas. Australia and Europe don't even bat an eye at the practice.
