There must be a reason why you posted this report beemer. What conclusion have you made from this report?

That it's actually conservative but still spells out the urgency for action and preparation. I'm still going over it. Quote: |
Adaptation is necessary in the short and longer term to address impacts resulting from the warming that would occur even for the lowest stabilisation scenarios assessed. There are barriers, limits and costs, but these are not fully understood. Unmitigated climate change would, in the long term, be likely to exceed the capacity of natural, managed and human systems to adapt.

I'm trying to cook and post. I'm sure you get the jist of what I'm trying to say in my comments and the spelling doesn't matter a whole lot as long as I don't do it all the time. English is my first language after all. |

This isn't the first thread I've noticed the spelling errors in though. Don't let gomer hear you say "spelling doesn't matter". |

Some times we get in a hurry and make speeling or grammatical errors. Really. It isn't worth pointing out unless the person does it repeatedly with no regard for others trying to read their posts. It's better that you stick with the topic in most cases. |

I'm happy for the extra warmth in the northern latitudes. Imagine what it would cost to heat this old, leaky house if it went to 30 below regularly and never got above zero F for a week at a time in the winter as it used to when I was a kid and oil was cheap (50+ years ago). I'm very happy. The doom and gloomers can go soak their heads.
