2. Don't care if it died, it's still wrong and sick and should be treated the same as attempted murder if not.

It may have been fake, but it looked real to me. But I doubt anyone would be that obvious.

Golly! Bad video, but it appears they were on a ledge from what I can see. So regardless of how far he threw it, it most likely would have died anyway.
