simple final sollution... All children are sterilized at birth. Government reversed the proceedure when you have met the parental guidlines. C+ average in primary school and a job earning more than the poverty line.

So when you are licensed to have kids by the above guidelines you may breed. for kid the family is then taxed to offset his schooling and other government costs.

They're all good ideas, but it's a shame it would take government law and intervention to enforce what would otherwise be known as common sense.

I am semi serious!!!

I don't want to give government that power. But people should police themselves the way I described.

Previously in this thread I said Darwinism, and I meant social darwinism as Beemer said.

Now, with our boom reaching almost 6.8 Billion today(and is expected to hit 7B within the next few months) I think natural darwinism has a significant chance of succeeding.

Our population has gotten so high that we are ripe for a new disease that will rip right through our civilization. I think a major pandemic is very likely within the next decadec because humans are SO populous the germs will have a fertile souce of food, and because of modern travel, could spread all over the entire earth within weeks-if not days.

I think our proposed new health 'care' system will do wonders to curb population...get rid of all those pesky old people.
