simple final sollution... All children are sterilized at birth. Government reversed the proceedure when you have met the parental guidlines. C+ average in primary school and a job earning more than the poverty line.
So when you are licensed to have kids by the above guidelines you may breed. for kid the family is then taxed to offset his schooling and other government costs. |

Previously in this thread I said Darwinism, and I meant social darwinism as Beemer said.
