They as in them, the hidden dark forces as they march forth for world domination. The FBI agents I know including my neighbor is too busy for silly investigations. BUT the CIA is probably now monitoring this site just for exposing this story. The DIA is on your doorstep and if you are not careful the most powerful evil of all the dark ones may get you. IRS

The white van across from the house if the FBI. The black van parked behind the neighbor's fence is the CIA. The beige van parked down by the teleco DSLAM is the NSA. However, I am still not sure about the grey van parked on the driveway, blocking my cars in the garage.

They are everywhere, and apparently drive nondescript vans to boot.

No black stealth helicopter sightings as of late.... but they are stealth.... and it is currently night.... so....

The Onion is a news parody. I don't think they even reported one true to fact news article...but then again they're not supposed to.

first off I am not sure it is against the constitution to stop people and ask for papers as it were. You are exercising a priviledge when driving and as long as the law is applied to all evenly they can do traffic stops with out violating your rights.

you choose to drive and the government is allowed to verify your permission to be behind that wheel.

as for the assaulting the officer. BS she did not assault... send the cop back to the acadamy. she was resisting a valid arrest that is not the same.

Finally even if a cop finds materials that are subversive and claims that the constitution is contraband. That is different than the government spiraling toward NAZISM. Cops can be wrong and in court if the search is wrong or if the contraband is not illegal it will be determined and the cop will be wrong.

They must have probable cause to perform a search; regardless of if it is a public place or not.

Not anymore... IF the govt labels you a terrorist, you have NO rights.... damn near "black bag" scenario.
EXACTLY the same shit Hitler pulled when he took chancellorship.

they had cause to stop her because it was a traffic stop. Her failure to submit to the legal stop and provide proof of her right to drive may have opened up the search, I am not sure.

but they had every right to arrest her. commenting on the contents may not exactly be technically a search. someone needs to evaluate the contents before it is towed away.

But long and short she had no right to resist providing proof of registration and License.

and contrary to old alex jones this is nothing new. traffic stops are as old as traffic cops.
