Wow, Prexster that's a well reasoned, logical commentary... what I posted was my analysis of where the increasingly far Left leadership pf the Democrat party must inevitably go at the urging and demands of activists such as moveon.org, the House leadership which is almost entirely members of the Democratic Socialists of America and Euro socialists such as George Soros.
When the socialist elements of the Democrat party take over the government, they can only act according to what socialism is... a command and control philosophy that must be true to it's nature, the most coercive form of government ever devised, so what we can expect to see is mandates, laws, regulations and taxes all designed to compel behavior under penalty of law.
Let's hear your projections of a 4 year Obama Presidency, what legislative agenda will we see?

You guys don't get along with any military people on this forum do you?
| Apparently not. But I get along wth many in real life. They just think differently and debate differently than those here do. I spent a good chunk of my life right next door to Camp Pendleton, and now live near the Naval Postgraduate School and the Defense Language Institute. So it's not as if I live or have lived in isolation from military people.

They lie as natural as they breath for a greater good and you can pull their ideas right out of what the Soviets called "True Communism"
Your Strategic Air Command right?

It's important to note that the fact that one is in the armed forces, or a veteran, does not mean that they march in lockstep with the right-wing. There are many vets and soldiers that see the world more as I do. The right-wing has no monopoly in that regard.
The position that one cannot disagree with opinions of soldiers or else one is not being patriotic is absurd. Soldiers are citizens who have opinions on policy. Their opinion carries no more or less weight than other opinions.

When you have people like Disley and MTA constantly telling us in these forums they know better than actual experience. That they always see clearer know more than what we have actually put our lives on the line doing. Its like slapping us hard repeatedly.
Well I am done talking with those 2. Believe it or not I like you. It would be a boring world if all of us sat around here agreeing with each other. You learn nothing from total agreement. |

Yep Sarah, 25 years of Nuclear alerts in B-52's, B-1's, KC-135's and operational testing of candidate weapons systems modifications... our motto: Peace is our Profession (war is just a hobby)... so what's your branch of service?
The Democrat party (and the present corrupted culture we live in) you see now is what the 60's hippies and campus protesters created, so it's understandable you no longer recognize it... most moderate to conservative Democrats won't either when they see the monster they've created with Obama... your party now is the party of college professors, the Hollywood crowd, writers, most of the MSM and assorted minority groups and environmental activists... you know, the elitists who think we're too stupid to run our own lives or do what's best for ourselves... they know what's good for us and we'll like it or else... if you like coercive government you'll love Obama. |

| Harold7, the reason I didn't bother to explain my derision towards your claims is that anyone who thinks any candidate or party is going to overthrow, seize and nationalize the assets of the host of huge multi-national corporations in this country (socialism) is on crack!
I honestly don't know where you guys get this crap. I thought the John Birch Society went the way of the dodo bird. You guys meet in basements and have secret handshakes now? Talk about the International Jewish Banking Conspiracy and the Comintern?
Sheesh, where's JP? |
