No, Bingo, you do not "have this straight." In fact, you have very little "straight." Pay more attention. You are in danger of flunking out.

Pex, in your opinion... what is correct and what is not correct from what he has said thus far?
From what I have heard of Obama.. everything he said has been spot on. |

I'm paying attention...I fear you are not, Pexster. You want to hand the country over to a man with such a shaky background and voting record, fine by me. Just don't get on my case for wanting better - if only slightly - for my country.

Playground bullshit is WHY this country is in the mess its in.
Why can't folks lay out valid points and talk about that... without trying to rip each others nuts off? |

The problem is.. the "system" is so fucking shadowed and jaded, I doubt if anything we do will make a difference.... short of a revolution.
The system is too big to sway under the weight of the common public. |

| Bingo, very little of what you posted is substantive IN ANY WAY as it might relate to the policy differences between McCain and Obama. I don't understand your point in posting 90% of it. The ONLY part that is meaningful at all is that Obama has limited experience and a liberal voting record. What was the point of the rest of your post? |

Who cares how he got there and how it got paid? If he got there through scholarship or charity, does that matter to you? Since he finished close to top of his class, I respect that more than GWB whose family paid his Yale tuition but who didn't do a damn bit of scholarship once there.

Anybody step back once and think that this is EXACTLY what "they" want?
For all of us to bitch and moan about crap like this... and not the real issues at hand? |

Even if I put Political party, and religion aside there is something about Obama I do not like or trust.
Maybe it's because all his promises seem to good to be true, or maybe it's history trying to repeat itself. |

He is trying old ideas that failed miserably... Putting a new spin on bad things doesn't make it better.
It's like sour milk... flavor it what you want... it's still gonna be nasty as hell. |
