Most of the country is pro-choice. It's a winning argument for Obama to say that McCain will continue to appoint judges, as Bush did, that are hostile to abortion rights.

You know what the whole problem is with The Democrats (not just the Hillary Supporters) are pissed-off that she didn't win the nomination. How was that possible? She had a crap load of money, the electoral process was shortened (in her favor) there was no way she should have lost...but she did. Who is this Barack guy??? How the heck did he win? Hillary was supposed to win (debated since 2005), all the mathematicans, stats showed that she should have been the winner. We don't want another four years of Bill & company, we need change...and Barack is it. So everybody that supported her financially throughout her campaign lost there money, and all the voters that followed her feel pissed-off/hatred toward Barack. So her supporters are going to vote for McCain (20 percent), 15 percent are going to vote for Barack, and the other 15 percent are undecided. You're a Democrat going to vote for McCain because Billary didn't win? That makes a lot of sense. So basically you want us to end up with another four years of Bush...in a sense (McCain voted for at least 90 percent of Bush's policies). Put your anger toward Barack aside, and brace the fact that Billary is not the Presidential candidate (or even VP).

Look at it this way.... abortion is just like taking a pistol and putting a person down.

You can argue that "well, they had a life... and had children, blah, blah blah..."
I look at it in very simple terms... as a hunter, and as a human.

It's a life. It simply doesn't matter if your in the womb, or 90 and on your death bed.... life is STILL life.

You may ask..... why does a person hunt?
Survival of the fittest. Over population causes starvation and inbreeding of game species.
So, taking the ignorant or old ones out of the herd prolongs the species survival, so they can enjoy life as long as we do.

That's true, but there is the issue of "principal". Some people are against abortion as a matter of principal.

The Democrat party sees abortion as another from of birth control, since in their view, it is not ending life but preventing it. Which in my mind is a silly argument - tell anyone who practices birth control that life begins at birth!

No, you look at it that way. I don't. Many others don't.

Most abortions are merely removal of a clump of cells. They are no more living beings than sperm are. I guess you consider yourself a mass-murder if you ejaculate into anything but a vagina.

It's not even that. Those chuckleheads are beating around the bush about one VERY important thing.

They want the government to make all decisions.
Remember; they know what's best for you.

Don't they??? That's why we pay them a salary every year, and lets not get into the lobbying.
With all the money that they are getting...they should be the smartest people in the world.
