Guess what... if we change things too damn fast, world economies will crumble from the stress.... the same will happen if we do that slow, thanks to the rising energy costs.
Give the world 5-10 years to migrate to nuclear and hydrogen and solar power.

actually it does hurt. you said it in another thread. you want government to control industry. (this is potential for disaster)
yeah the decision to move closer to work or ride your bike is harmless. Government mandating I move out of my house and move closer to work is horrific. especially if i am right about AGW. |

Government mandating I move out of my house and move closer to work is horrific. especially if i am right about AGW. | as i said in the other thread it's not about you and me, it's about the industry, the government has to force them into a greener way. i don't see why this will end in a disaster, if the whole industry at once has to change, cars carbon free, more filters, Catalytic converter etc... every little step brings us the a cleaner earth, and it really has to be done, not for our sakes but the sakes of our children etc.

catalytic converters require richer fuel mixture to work as such it creates more co2 due to waste. |

well to be precise it solved the problem they had, that catalytic converters produce more co2 than without wasn't the issue back then^^
