McCain/Palin = Bush/Cheney?
The McCain campaign recently announced Palin and everyone else involved in troopergate will not respond to subpoenas in the investigation. This is a tactic perfected by the Bush administration.
Is this legal? Will there be consequences both legally and electorally because of this? To me it reminds me to much of the politicization of the justice department and Bushes contempt for any sort of oversight.

I can't answer those last questions but the parallel between the cronyism, secrecy and self-serving nature of their personality and character cannot be understated.Conservatives: "If the facts disagree with our opinion, ignore the facts -- or at least misrepresent them."

The son of the Tenn democrat should face the same consequences as anyone else. Unless of course he decides to ignore the subpoena and refuse to cooperate. You can't fix stupidity.
