The bill includes pay limits for some executives whose firms seek help, aides said. In some cases, the government would receive an equity stake in companies that seek aid, allowing taxpayers to profit should the rescue plan work and the private firms flourish in the months and years ahead.

Who'd have thought the Bush administration could preside over an even bigger financial mess than the four trillion dollars of debt they've added to the country.
Well what do you know, he's still out there doing his best to beat that record.. |
