Holding your boss hostage? Hey, in France, it's tradition!
A group of workers at a 3M factory in France are holding their manager hostage to protest the company's decision to lay them off.
I can see their next interview:Locking up managers is becoming a tradition in French labor disputes, with police unwilling to intervene to avoid violence.
"Until we have a commitment from 3M that they will increase pay-packets and are ready to discuss our conditions for negotiations, then Mr. Rousselet will have to remain here," union representative Jean-Francois Caparros told Reuters.
"Give me an example of your ability to negotiate."
"Well, I once held my boss hostage until they promised a better severance package!! So, do I get the job?"
"Uh, we'll get back to you."

let's all go. Osprey can play the manager. You can play the disgruntled worker who receives free health care yet still manages to piss away enough money that he feels it necessary to hold someone hostage. I'll play the GIPN. Headshots first, negotiations second.
Good job, friend-of-friends!
