Ok, the operator didnt really say that, but she might as well have: Quote: 911 Response Time Called into Question
* Maureen Umeh
GAITHERSBURG, Md. - A Montgomery County woman is demanding answers about a delayed response to a 911 call she placed from her home. She told FOX 5 she woke up at 5:49 a.m. to find her home trashed and burglarized, and she called 911—but help didn't arrive until 7:09 a.m.
| With a response time of ~1:20 I wonder why anyone bothers to use 911. Why not just sit down had have high tea - well, coffee and donuts maybe, with the criminals while we wait for the cops to show?

hmmmm. There's almost no need for them to even come out
They didn't come out when I reported my car stolen...Taking pictures of an empty parking spot wouldn't help anyone.

Would be a shame if his balls were accidentally cut off, then.
And your both being fallacious: Fallacy: Hasty Generalization
Not to be confused with that other word that sound very much like fallacious...

That isn't an emergency. Nobody's life was in danger. |
