| Sex for World Series Tickets Susan Finkelstein Offered Sex for World Series Tickets, Say Cops - Crimesider - CBS News Quote: BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS/AP) - How desperate was Susan Finkelstein to have World Series tickets?
VERY desperate, investigators say. So desperate, in fact, they say the 43-year-old suburban Philadelphia woman posted an ad on the Web site Craigslist in which she described herself as a "gorgeous, tall, buxom blonde diehard Phillies fan" desperately seeking Series tickets, according to CBS station KYW-TV in Philadelphia.
Her ad, according to police, suggested she'd offer something extra. "I'm the creative type! Maybe we can help each other!"
The price was apparently negotiable.
What sealed the deal was when an undercover officer responded to the digital ad, and Finkelstein allegedly offered to perform various sex acts in exchange for the coveted tickets. Police did not say precisely what this Phillies fanatic was willing to do to see her beloved team play the Yankees.
No, Finkelstein didn't get the tickets. Instead, she was arrested and charged with prostitution, and got her face plastered across television -- and on Crimesider.
If you happen to have extra tickets we suggest you look elsewhere. Finkelstein's listed phone number has been disconnected.
Hope she's out in time to watch the game.

I'm curious as why there is a poll about this. Like GZ said, she solicited for sex, and doing so is illegal.

Keyword is 'should'. Should we have laws about stuff like this? Obviously I know it is illegal. I want your opinion on it. |

The big problem is that MEN cant make the same amount selling sex as women can. Hell, most men would have to GIVE it away to get any sex at all. Makes us jealous, so we have laws preventing the sale of sex. Yeah, the "court officers" go on about keeping women safe, and preventing rape of high socially ranked women but, really, I think its just jealousy.

Men go trolling for sex all the time with free drinks, dinners, gifts, etc. And there are cougars hunting for both as well. People enjoy having sex.
Shame on her for being so bold about it I guess... but it isn't any different otherwise. |

Gomer, I agree with you. I know most men would rather skip buying the dinner and the meal just to get some action. Im all about what ever happens behind doors is their business. But unfortunately that isnt how the law works. She was set out to offer special services for some baseball tickets. |

You see if there is a price set and the act guaranteed then society willlllll... Ummmm you got me.
What harm is it to society when two adults decide to make a business transaction including sex. |

what she did is illigal, but I don't think prostitution should be illigal. |
