China to the Rescue: Will PetroChina Acquire BP?
China to the Rescue: Will PetroChina Acquire BP? - Deal Journal - WSJ
Keep pushing that stock price down Obummer, you stupid idiot.
Regulators won't cotton to the idea of China buying it, but it provides cover for BP to phase out operations in the Gulf, and retain their rights for the future when political forces are better and oil prices are much higher.
If I was BP, I'd pull out of the retail gasoline business and sell to other labels, and then I would shut down the deep wells to force the price of gasoline up and make a killing!
And Obama, the rat that he is, will have no where to run.Obama doesn't need an "enemies list"... He sees half the country as his enemy.

because it's obamas fault that transocean messed up? BP's stock dropped right after the catastrophe and it was there already clear that they might have to sell the company.

Yes, Pickel. I've even removed the "O" from my keyboard!

When a stock gets below the asset value of the company's "parts and pieces", a hostile takeover is a possibility. It could be a hedge fund that will lease-back to BP, or China.Obama doesn't need an "enemies list"... He sees half the country as his enemy.
