    Well, we knew that the Supreme Court believes that money is speech. All they're doing now is saying that it's commutative; speech is "material support".

    Money = Speech (therefore) Speech = Money

    At least they're mathematically correct in their consistency, though philosophically we're in real trouble.

    It's absurd. Material support means supplying money, expertise, goods. If speech is also material support then anyone here posting a view or writing an op-ed can be charged with a crime.
