You're right!!! They wanted a public option. But, 70% didn't want the clusterf**k that was being proposed and rammed up our backsides.

We didn't get the "public option". What we got was a clusterfuck that no one wants, aka Obamacare. Did I stutter? Did I say "public option"?

New Poll: 77 Percent Support "Choice" Of Public Option

CHOICE of public option. Choice is fine. I would support having the choice of having a government-provided tattoo program, a weekly enema, or shock therapy (provided it doesn't cost me anything). Just don't force me to use it!

Yes, and polls find that the public wants a balanced budget, more spending and lower taxes.

Which of course the unions were not required to be a part of! Oh gosh, this is puzzling!

The ACA is a mandate for citizens to purchase health insurance. One of the major premises of unions is providing health insurance. So...what's puzzling?
    Good job, friend-of-friends!

It doesn't matter what the public wants, unless in the same poll they are asked how they feel about paying more taxes to support the unions.

Without this connection, the poll is flawed. You cannot give the public employees what they are demanding and not raise taxes.
Obama: The rich have the Federal Reserve and the poor have Harry Reid... LOL. Life really is unfair!

I told you Krugman reads our stuff:
March 3, 2011, 1:19 pm The Mandate Thing

A quick note on polling and voting: as more and more polls come out showing that the public does not, in fact, hate public workers and their unions, there’s been a stock answer — namely, that the real poll took place in November, so who cares what a thousand or so people say now.

Aside from the fact that this reveals a complete failure to understand the statistics of polling, what it really gets wrong is what the election represented. Voters were not, in fact, asked to vote on what Republican governors like Scott Walker are now trying to do; in a real sense what we’re seeing is a case of bait and switch.

And here again, I find myself flashing back to the Bush years. In 2004 Bush won a national election by posing as America’s defender against gay married terrorists; as soon as the election was done, he declared that this gave him a mandate to … privatize Social Security. Not so much, it turned out.

Where's the blame for the bums (Democrats) who were derelict in their duties of representing their people in Wisconsin? At least when the Republicans voted on Obamacare and the stim-u-less and the auto bailouts, they didn't run away and abandon the Capitol when they didn't get their way.

I can bet he wouldn't be grabbing at straws to defend them.

That statement is 100% pure, Voogru-brand bullshit. Complete fabrication. Total lie.

Healthcare reform was a central tenet of Obama's campaign. Look no further than a snapshot of his campaign website.

But again, just an outright lie. Have you no shame at all? Were you raised by monkeys?

Well, voogru, Presidents typically take on more than one issue at once! Imagine that!

Your lying habit is quite interesting; I'm pretty sure you're a sociopath. One more reason to worry that you'll do something crazy and destructive when you can't handle your anti-government feelings anymore.
