A monsignor who oversaw hundreds of priests in the Philadelphia Archdiocese was found guilty on Friday of one count of endangering the welfare of a child, making him the first senior U.S. Roman Catholic Church official to be convicted for covering up child sex abuse.

It's about time the jury came up with a verdict and it's about time the law has finally stepped in and took away the assumption of ministerial exception regarding child abuse from religion.
Hopefully the world was watching and is only the beginning.When those who believe in any of the available gods understand why they deny all other gods, they should come to understand why atheists lack a belief in theirs.
