what are your thoughts on the matter. someone killed someone while performing a wreckless/negligent act. perhaps a little strong for US taste but none the less sounds in the realm of reasonable.

The brain, eyes, ears, and nose, all work for a few minutes, after the spinal cord and arteries are severed. With lethal injection, the body is numbed and you're basically put into a comma, prior to the final lethal drug is administered.

I think you're misinformed, sharder. From what I'm aware of, during a lethal injection, they administer a paralytic and then a poison. The poison is incredibly painful, but the condemned can't move or even scream because of the paralytic. Sounds like a really hellish way to go.
