ICE Agent Faces Suspension For Arresting Illegal Alien

EXCLUSIVE: ICE Agent Faces Suspension For Arresting Illegal Alien | FOX News & Commentary: Todd Starnes

Ironically, the illegal alien in this particular incident was given better treatment than an American citizen would have been in similar circumstances.

A spokesman for the Newark Police Dept. told Fox News that if an American had been stopped on the same charges – they would have been put in jail. The spokesman said officers would have let the judge sort out the details.

Crane said that’s the way it used to be – until President Obama loosened restrictions on illegal immigrants.

What charges? Fox News has a very bad habit of not giving all the details. The only thing mentioned is "being in the US illegally." Kind of hard for an American to be stopped on that charge. In Delaware, there is no mandatory jail sentence for driving without a license.

President Obama loosened restrictions on illegal immigrants.
Loosened, eh? I suppose that's why deportations are moving along at a clip of 400,000 per year, double that of the Bush administration.

Hey guys - remember the discussion earlier in the week about consular ID's and driving without a lic., or insurance . . .

You do not need a lic., if your are illegal. PERIOD!!! They will cite and release you . . . while hoping you show up in court to face the judge. (Which they don't and haven't.)

Fifty-nine percent of Latinos said they disapprove of the president’s approach to removing illegal immigrants, more than double the number who said they approved in Pew’s nationwide survey.
Obama’s Record-High Deportations Draw Hispanic Scorn - ABC News

But I bet that won't stop them for voting for the smuck.

Forty-one percent of Latinos say they’re aware of the heightened deportations, 36 percent thought the numbers have been comparable to those under Bush, and 10 percent said they thought deportations had declined.
See! They don't even know it.

Only 10% thought the figures had dropped, so 9 in 10 thought things were just as bad or getting worse. That doesn't sound like "not knowing" to me.

Apparently it should have been 400,001 at least.

We have erased the line between legal citizens and illegal aliens.

I'd like to see the law proposed allowing illegal aliens to hold civil service jobs... that would change attitudes in a hurry! But it would go a long way to keeping the cost of government down.

We are paying a civil service laborer $ 36.00 and hour (with benefits). I think the illegals should be treated equally.

I was referring to 36 percent thought the numbers have been comparable to those under Bush. So they don't know whether the numbers have increased under Obama.

Deportations are up under Obama, but the media is keeping it quiet lest the word get out the the Latino community.

During Bush, the media was pounding the drum at every opportunity.

Seems "the media" is doing a pretty poor job when 9/10 Latinos know that things are as bad/worse than before.
