Hey it appears as if this guy is a bit of a dick to boot.
Every once and a while abuse of power has its advantages.

What did the sign say exactly?
As for his rights, the police asked him to take his message elsewhere and he didn't. They did not force him to move and they have just the same right to be there. People are allowed to protest protesters.
So what exactly was violated?
Edited I guess it was something about abortion? Looks like how the procedure of abortion is preformed, so I assume it had some disgusting pictures.

I couldn't be a cop. I would end up tasing jackasses like this guy. I'm not one to jump to defend the police and their actions, but if someone calls the cops and complains about you, don't be surprised if they are sent out to investigate.
What a waste of taxpayer money to have two cops have to control this idiot.
Furthermore, if you're a high school kid and the cop simply tells them to leave, then they should leave. Listening to some wacko with a camera and sign probably isn't a good long-term strategy on properly dealing with the police. I'm glad to see they decided to simply walk away before standing around to listen to this man's "wisdom".

Ugh. That's poor news indeed. I wonder if I missed any OVAs or anything.
