    Disgusting Obama supporter

An Obama re-election organizer is facing charges that he "grabbed" a Loveland woman's breasts while giving her a campaign sticker on Tuesday, police said.

Luke M. Buchanan, 24, of Washington, D.C. is charged with unlawful sexual contact, a misdemeanor. The victim's name was not released. She is 21 years old, police said.

Do you think he is disgusting because he is an Obama supporter, or because he is accused of a crime that he may or may not have committed?

    He probably likes potatoes too.

    Disgusting potato eater.

Your correlation is spurious. Only an idiot would think political affiliation is causal for this sort of criminal behavior.

He committed the crime it says he was charged with a misdemeanor FFS! It is the crime that concerns me.

Being charged with a crime does not mean being found guilty of a crime. Innocent people are charged with crimes all the time. That is why we have a court system where the people who charge a person with a crime have to PROVE that the person they charged did in fact commit the crime that they are charging them with.

Charged is not the same as convicted . . .

For now, he's just a dirty Ol' . . . er-r-r-r, I mean young Democrat awaiting the judge.

If he was a Romney worker . . . he'd be fired immediately. But, because he's a Obama worker . . . he'll retain his job and get a raise.

    Harder
    From the article

Colorado Democratic Party spokeswoman Matt Inzeo said Buchanan was not employed by the campaign, but by the state party.

"We have a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. As soon as we learned about this incident, we took immediate action, and the person in question has been terminated," Inzeo stated.

I don't know if he is guilty or not, and neither do you. Where is your proof?

You call yourself an American yet you don't believe one of our most precious rights, that we are innocent until PROVEN guilty.

If this was a Romney worker being charged with the same crime, would you immediately say the person is guilty without any evidence?

Then that makes it even more clear that you do not believe in the American justice system.

May I suggest a list of other countries that execute and put people in jail without fair trials? That seems to be your preferred method of "justice".

If you were charged with a crime you didn't commit, would you still believe that you are guilty?

Maybe your great intelligence can, but I can't find one source that states a case where unlawful sexual contact was thrown out. I'm looking at statistics and the statistics tell me most are guilty, hence my opinion.

I'm talking about the statistics of known unlawful sexual contact or rape. Majority are proven guilty. I can't find shit becasue my searching skills suck at the moment, but i know it's out there.
