FAD Team hits 200!

Just wanted to announce that the TechIMO FAD team now has over 200 members.

I'm actually going to be slipping a bit for a while. My new job I was going to start tommorrow isn't ready to open and I've been lagging a bit in the art department. I'm ebaying off my 2200+ machine to help cover an overdraft or 3

I'll still have 4 machines crunching unless I find someone silly enough to give me money for my Celly 600 too.

Come on, people. Wake up! We have advantages in regards to raw numbers, but when only a relatively small percentage of registered users crunch, we lose that upper hand.

Good question Sir!
If you check on the official FaD Stats you will see that at time of going to press there are 203 Nicknames listed. If you read very carefully you will see that several pairs of nicks are kind of similar: "Ultima" and "Ultima;1" for example.

In the programming for WoO's Stats, he and Win2KUser have cunningly assumed that if they are on the same team, 'Ultima' and 'Ultima;1' are probably one and the same person, and have therefore knocked the two into one...I leave you to work out the rest for yourself.

No ! I strongly disagree !!! They have obviously gone to the trouble of joining and downloading the software.

Maybe they didn't like it, in which case, fair enough: that doesn't make them a "disgrace".

Maybe they couldn't get it running properly: that's not a disgrace either ! Six months ago I tried to do an install with a then-new version of the software. Although I had done about twenty installs/re-installs earlier, I couldn't get it working, and several other old FaD hands couldn't either...

Better to hope that the "0-0-0" people will
download the latest version of the software here and then give them all the help and encouragement you can.
