Sucks? All you are losing is the time of the restart, and starting back up at your last save point.
Open the configuration window and click on the advanced tab. set your Checkpointing Frequency to 3 min and it will save your data every 3 minutes.

Alright you guys i'm gonna jump in for my first ever folding experience. Just got permission from the wifey to run some extra rigs. I have a couple of boxes i will have to piece together,hopefully have them up and running next week. You guys are for surely gonna have to do some hand holding with me , so be gentle.

It's pretty easy to setup, all you do after that is watch it really, and then overclock. Then watch, then overclock. Well, you get the point.
