Open the configuration window and click on the advanced tab. set your Checkpointing Frequency to 3 min and it will save your data every 3 minutes.

Alright you guys i'm gonna jump in for my first ever folding experience. Just got permission from the wifey to run some extra rigs. I have a couple of boxes i will have to piece together,hopefully have them up and running next week. You guys are for surely gonna have to do some hand holding with me , so be gentle.  | |

It's pretty easy to setup, all you do after that is watch it really, and then overclock. Then watch, then overclock. Well, you get the point.
