it keeps failing stuff, updates fail, stuff won't open, other stuff takes along time to react,
i'm folding for techimo!! what are you doing?

i'm thinking about it, I dual booted this thing with XP so it is installed, but again vista screws me up, it failed to install the first time, so I reinstalled it, and for some reason when vista fails to install it screws up the dual boot,

so i'm going to try and use vista boot pro to get XP back on dual boot,
i'm folding for techimo!! what are you doing?

Not really if they work 50/50. Idk I just thought i read somewhere that you can have cpu and gui running at the same time. As a matter of fact they ran fine together, i just think i have a flaky pci wireless card because my mbs are all over the place 1 minute i can have 54 mbs the next minute 18 all the way down to 2 mbs, and then it will lose connection totally and then restart itself. I think when i finished the wu the card was dropping out so it couldnt send the results. IDK Oh well thats what i get for buying cheap ass airlink adapter.

Would it not make more sense to dedicate 100% processing power to one process? Running GUI and Console together would more than likely slow down the processing of the WUs.
