Thanks let me try the s1 and s3 settings on the bios. Have not tried that yet. I already tried the monitor settings but I can go over it again. Like I said it does not hurt.

As one of my (former) colleagues once said to a customer:

"Unplug the monitor, then remove all the cables. Wrap them up neatly, and put everything back in the box you got it from. Once you've done that, you might need to put the stationery back into the cupboard......"

oh I got up at 4:30 AM to read that, I don't have the box's any more,

but what are you doing up so early, you have a corporate meeting to,

I have to go listen to the company tell me about how wonderful they are,
