Folderchat [4/19-20/08] Somebody has some Splain'n to do!

The Router Works now.
I had set it aside, (rather left it sitting right where it was.) and figured I would come back to it later. Today was later enough so I plugged the network cable back in, and tried to log into it. 192.168.0.1 ...... The funny thing is that brought up SBC's page and not the router. I went back and tried the address I had assigned to the router 192.168. *.* and up came the router page. Opened a new tab. Homepage.
So apparently I gave up one shut down restart to soon.

Correct me if we are wrong but basically you are saying it was another client error? I mean just needed for the cache to be erased or something to get your static ip address?. It was KK that made me say it.

Good now maybe we can keep them Estonian from overtaking us.

The only thing that happened between now and then is Cilco shut off my Electricity after I made the agreed upon payment.
speaking of client errors. one of the engines did have an error and shut down, restarted at about 30% completion.

I can't explain anything about that animal. I had it working, then I quit using it. That's all I know..

Glad you finally got it going Nunya! Now lets see the farm!

And that's what was happening to my machine yesterday. But it happened like 3 times.
I got it resolved now though!

Honestly, no idea what happened to it.
I uninstalled F@H, then reinstalled with the new SMP client. It's been going most of the day yesterday, and all of lastnight, and no problems. It's currently at 78%.

So I guess that fixed it? IDK. I turned down my v-core a touch the other day, temps were getting a bit high. I turned it up again lastnight, so maybe that was it also..

Well Mr. Scott Can't Splain it either, and is was scratching his head, and wandering around muttering to himself: "We tried that umpteen times, and it didn't work, and now it does."

I gave Him a new problem to resolve. Get the interstellar communications (Teamspeak) working. Knowing him He will probably screw up the engines in the process.

Karma, was your WU finished when you installed the SMP client?
I now have two cores to play with and want to run on both.
Otherwise I need to wait until Monday for my WU to finish, if it won't pick up where the GUI client leaves off.
