| FolderChat [4/21/08] - Runners Knee
After my 13 mile race on Saturday I found that I superpinate my right foot. This is whats causing my runners knee. Now I need to find whether its my thighs or leg length that is causing my trouble. . . I may not make it next month all 26.2 miles . . . Stats!

Welcome welcome all. Its good to see a growing team. We also hope that all you new people will spam the thread and make a good spam sandwich. Bread = actual good discussion, spam = craziness. We need both to make a good sandwich here in folder chat.

Uh-oh. It looks like evil link ads have latched onto keywords in our thread! Spam and red are no longer safe. We should start using codewords. |

Some of us have to Work when we are at Work.
The router works well enough, its random restarts suck though. |

Is you house warm or the case has little circulation? Mine until the air kicks on in mid spring the cpu temp rises and crashes and burn. I normally step it down some for the summer. 3.0 is not that high of an oc.

Yeah, but he didn't listen when we told him to get the Arctic Cooler.
His HSF is OK, but for OCing I'd be weary of it. But that's just me..
Howdy crew! |

I took it apart last weekend and put some new paste on it, the case is open,
it got up to 70 F outside today, but the box is next to window and it's starting to rain,
so it's cooling off outside, this is Minn so it is still getting down in the 40's at night,
the temp has dropped already to 62c
if I shut F@H off it drops to 52 53c right away, |

I did listen so there, you told me to late,
but I am putting a server together and am also using a socket 775,
so i will get the Arctic cooler for this box and use this HSF for server, which will be just a dual core 2.4 and i'm not OCing the server,
but you will need to tell me which one is a good HSF for this box when I am ready to pick it up, |
