WOO HOO! Just finished my 2nd marathon! And I was faster than my first. Man I am tried. I can only go down stairs backwards . . . Im glad its a lazy weekend. The course I ran is here: ( COURSE) and here: ( USATF - America's Running Routes - View Route).
So the Doog is or is not crunching? Ill give him one mf my toenails if it falls off like I think it will) if he joins us . . . |

Needless to say, that shot my training to heck in a handbasket. So I was only 5:17:30(hr/min/sec)on my marathon time. My first marathon was a 5:20(Hr/min) so Im proud of my self!
Remember, a marathon is 26.2 miles and a half is 13.1.
If you want speed I can do a mile in 6:15(min/sec) on a bad day.
