Madness indeed! So today i get extended holiday because my company does not want us working 15 stories in the air with 20-45 mph wind gust off the lake Yesterday it was 80 degrees, today 48 for a high with the above said wind gust.
I just wanted to say congrats to Engracio the million point man. Way to go!!!
I hit Fry's, and Microcenter yesterday, and nothing special on the sales, however i did land an Antec Earthwatts 650 psu, and an Coolermaster Centurion 590 for a hundred bucks The E 8400 finally has a home. |

Have you dealt with the customer service? They had 2 Scythe Rev b Ninja's at Microcenter for $49.99, but the odd thing was 1 had aluminum sink polished, and 1 had copper sink with not the greatest finish on it. I really wanted the 1 with the copper sink but passed. |

It's a really good thing I don't live close to one of those stores..
I'd be out front trying to sell my shoes or something so I could run in and get a cooler...
Coming Soon:
Q6600 OC results on 680i board.. |

You're right 2M, there was nothing on fry's this weekend and was thinking of swinging by the Microcenter in the city but changed my mind. Oh well more sales will come.

So.. I've been slow and lazy today. Got my Mobo's switched around, and I'm happy I did it.
Currently running at 3.7Ghz, and it seems stable. It's folding right now, so that'll show errors pretty quick. |

Nope.. won't crunch at 3.7...
Trying 3.65Ghz now..
I did lap the CPU and HSF again, this time with better sand paper. It turned out pretty well. And it did help A LOT with temps. My load temp right now at 3.6Ghz is 56c°.
And everybody loves pics!

Hey KK are you using Prime95 v25, its runs all four cores. I use prime95 when I'm ocing so that I don't keep on losing wu. I normally get an error within 15 mins if the oc is not stable.
Also been swapping out mobo and cpu. Looks like the new cpu won't even come close to the first two q6600.
It's off the mobo right now until I get the ds3l from newegg but I thinks 1.275. I just swapped out the cpu from a working cruncher and I had to lower it already 15fsb.
