Folderchat [6/11/08] This Router Must DIE!

My Government stimulus check will arrive soon. Two things that are real high on the Must purchase list are
1. a new Router.
2. a new Digital Camera

Item 1 is needed because as the title states the Router I have must DIE!!!!!!
It works yes, but..... It seems to be slow in general, Works fine if all I'm doing is gaming, but it sucks on the internet. I can't fault it for that, and if that was my only beef with it, it would be left to live.
Why Must it Die?
RANDOM FREAKING RESTARTS!!!!
Came home from work, and hooked it back up, fired up the rest of the farm. (had them offline due to all the storms of late.) It resarted after just a few minutes.
played World of Warcraft for a couple hours no problem.
Made a post or two on Timo, RESET!

No rhyme or reason, no pattern, has done it in mid game playing WoW, it just resets whenever it feels like it.

So the plan is Buy a new Camera and Router, and then take pictures of the POS being destroyed.

and what kind of death are we talking about, I would suggest water boarding but thats not torture,

so might I suggest a firing squad,

Any thoughts on what camera you are going to purchase?

I think I will finally get my arcade machine hooked back up tonight or tomorrow, but my next issue is how to get the internet to it... I usually just run a long CAT5 cable to it, but I would need to run it across the ceiling or just laying on the floor as running it along the wall would require way too much cable to go to the other side of the room. I will probably pick up a wireless card or dongle (probably dongle just because the word is that much funnier), but that might have to wait for the next paycheck .

Not your fault, It does work, just its bad habits are going to get it killed. I really should keep it as a back-up, but feel it may just help with a little stress relief.

but have you updated the firmware,

and if so have you tried going back to old ver of firmware,
