Hoping to pick up the last 2 pieces to the puzzle this weekend. Iam also thinking about swapping the q6600 out of the Asus p5ne to the msi board Idk we will see. I kinda wanna see how the 8400 crunches on the Msi board, also wanna see what the oc is like.

I hate working saturdays, have I said that lately??

New card is just sitting here teasing me. But I don't have the time to mess with it yet. I need to dust out the system, reroute some power cables, and take out the UV lights that died on me the other day. So it's not going to be a quick swap. More then likely, I'll also do a fresh install. So for now, it can taunt me..
But when it gets in my tower, it's gonna regret it!!

Sad thing is i sold off 1 of my hd 3870's so i could get the rest of the puzzle pieces. Man i would of loved to bench the 2 3870's. But that's ok cause that move will have freed up some extra money for a 4870 or 2 for the Maximus board.
Dang ATI and Nvidia are making it hard to keep up Just when you think you got top of the line BAM! they come out with better stuff. I have to play my cards right with this budget build to make sure the max rig gets up and running, cause that's gonna cost a pretty penny.

You guys make Me so JEALOUS! I will get My New warp drive done someday, and it will be obsolete before i get it fired up.

I have a Plan I shall call Plan 700BT-0811b. that is the master plan. it combines plan 300BT-0810a and plan 400BT-08712R. plan 300BT-0810a is pretty much in the bag, plan 400BT-08712R is a good maybe. lets hope it all works out.
