What should I do With my old router?

Ok I'll confess! I bought the router, just had to have a little fun and give Karma some Crap one last time about the POS he is sorry he ever sent Me.

Thank You for the Router Karmakiller. I know you did it to help Me out, and would have never sent it knowing what a Learning experience it would be for me.

    Now then.
What should i do with it?
Keep it as a back up? it does work
    or destroy it?

Give me a minute or two to get the poll up.

    @ shy

Can't do that. he was only trying to help, and it did help. After i figured out that the directions were assbackwords. Followed the directions again and again, and again. no go wouldn't work. start this start that, then sart the other thing. nope not happening. Gave up on it left the damn thing plugged in just sitting there, decided to give it another go one day, plugged the network cables in, and it worked. promptly restarted , but it worked.

The Linksys on the other hand is to easy.
I went to hook it up and there was a sticker over the Network ports. Bold Letters "RUN CD FIRST"
    So I did.
Step one. plug the cable from the modem into the internet port. (DUH)
    2. port one to computer. (DUH)
    3. power supply plug to router. (REALLY?)
    4.plug in the power supply.
5.Wait for it to find the network.
and wait and wait and wait. the Software never did find the network, Mind you while it was trying to find the network I was Chatting with Karma.
    6. said screw the software, and logged into the router and changed the settings to suit me.
